By booking a tour with Visit Girona with Keyt, you agree to the following terms. Please review the following information before confirming your booking.

Reservations

All bookings must be made in advance through the online booking calendar. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 10 guests per tour to ensure a personal and enjoyable experience.

Cancellation and Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Late Arrivals

Tours begin on time. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to join the group once the tour has started. In this case, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Weather

Tours take place in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for walking and outdoor weather.

Minimum Participants

If a tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. In this case, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Children

Children are welcome on the tour but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Accessibility

Please note that the tour takes place in the historic center of Girona, which includes cobblestone streets, stairs, and uneven surfaces. The route may not be fully accessible for wheelchairs or guests with limited mobility.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour. By joining the tour, participants acknowledge that the guide and tour organizer cannot be held responsible for personal injury, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the activity.
